As an independent consultant, I help companies and institutions with the digital transformation of their organizations. My professional expertise include HRIS Workday and LMS global implementations (e.g. Cornestone), learning, talent and performance strategy definition, advisory regarding learning experience, e-learning projects, authoring tools, change management and training.
I have experience delivering major projects for large multinationals and start-ups. Academically, I have a Masters degree in Engineering of Digital Media for Education (European Commission Erasmus Mundus in France, Portugal, Spain and Mexico) and a Masters degree in Languages/Applied Linguistics (UNICAMP, Brazil and TUD, Germany). I am fluent in six languages (Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, German, Italian) and have two nationalities (Brazilian, Italian).

Change Management and Training:
Global Implementation of Workday Performance & Talent Modules (linked to Advanced Compensation) and of Workday Learning. Strategy definition, design of Workday configuration, workshops animation, workbooks production, Tests Lead, training material production and transverse project management. Audit and consultations about the existing talent, performance and training processes, templates and training content; definition of new processes with internal teams; configuration follow-up with implementor and continuous improvement: presentation to teams and implementation of new Workday releases features; technical changes in the templates, rules and processes.
Redesign of performance cycle. Configuration of new template features, rules, reports and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) to update ratings. Tests and technical implementation in Workday Production.
Analysis of business problems related to Workday Recruiting and study of possible solutions. Test and implementation of Workday Releases new functionalities. Tests of changes, follow-up of technical tickets with the implementor, preparation of documentation for admins and training material for HR users.
I was responsible for the localisation of the Workday Finance Training before the go-live. Tests of business processes in the countries environments, localisation and translation of training material.
As Workday Change Manager consultant, my key responsibility was to help the HR, Projects, Performance and Compensation teams with new HRIS Workday Implementation. Technical tests, business process review and validation with teams, workbooks preparation and change management material production.
During the Digital Transformation of the Learning and Development division, my key responsibility was to help define the strategy for Digital Learning; auditing the situation, identification and ranking of the potential suppliers (e-learning, motion design, virtual reality, webinars), creation of digital learning standards and training of Project Managers. It was also part of my scope to manage the user interface design and didactic approach of Cornestone LMS and support the teams in the use of Captivate, GomoLearning, Elucidat and Articulate Storyline.
In the context of the digital transformation of Alliance Renault-Nissan’s standards internal communication and storage system, I was responsible for evaluating the current situation and proposing a new ergonomic and user interface design for the international platform and database. After this phase, I was in charge of interactive content creation (videos, interactive infographics, interactive images) to explain in a summarized and didactical way the principles of 5S, Total Quality Management, Lean and Kaizen, Time, Ergonomics and other; with the help of Manufacturing Subject Matter Experts.
